Swedish term or phrase: förare
"Nyttjanderättshaveren har rätt att skaffa förare eller befälhavare eller att använda luftfartyget för luftfart i forvärssyfte" Do you call a pilot "förare"? If so, does the sentence mean: Usufructuary has the right to hire pilots and flight officers, or use the aircraft for flights which have the aim of safekeeping?

comment (pilot and captain)
Explanation:
the phrase "förare eller befälhavare" usually occours in contexts where different means of transportation e.g air and sea travel are mentioned in the same sentece.

Förare stricly means "driver" but in this context I would use pilot
and captain/commander för "befälhavare"
