have you difficulty

Explanation:
This is Swedish - not Norwegian. i can't make an exact translation of "reda", but I think it means "already". The phrase therefore means something like

Are you already having difficulty holding the books characters.

Bear in mind I translate Norwegian not swedish. you might try putting it up to the Swedish pairing!

Do you have problems keeping track of the grades in the books?

Explanation:
I can't figure out what books they're talking about here, but "hålla reda på" =
"Keeping track (of)", "karaktärerna"= "the grades", and "böckerna"= "the books". The language in question here is Swedish, so maybe a Swede would know what books they actually are, but I can vouch for the wording here, even though I'm a native Norwegian.
