college tax Explanation: If your target is American English, avoid 'VAT' if possible and use 'tax.' Also, högskola is more commonly 'college' in AE. If British English, 'university VAT', 'university value-added tax', or even 'VAT on tuition' would be acceptable. My American brain, educated in a country where we get tax credits on education! |

University fee. Explanation: Your input document is not correct. The correct word for this is: Högskoleavgift (not högskolemoms) On public education there is generally no VAT. This is a special fee (8%), paid by universities only - and on a certain type of funding only, it does not technically work at all like VAT.
