Last updated RFC Explanation: After having digged a bit into the Royal Swedish Bureaucracy, Aktualitetsdatum: Definition by Swedish code of laws: "inskrivningsregistret skall därutöver för varje inskrivningsmyndighets område redovisas datum för den senaste inskrivningsdag, beträffande vilken samtliga beslut och anteckningar införts i registret (aktualitetsdatum). (Inskrivningsregisterkungörelse (1974:1061)" There are of course different ways of translating this date into english, but probably "Last updated" is the simplest and most correct one. IR: Inskrivningsregistret = Registry governed by the Swedish Authority for Floating Charges - RFC. By using the same logisticts here, Registry Floating Charges, RFC, looks appropriate (Yes, not FCR, because of the official status of this registry I would put the R in front). I hope this helps, Reference: http://www.jit.se/lagbok/9741061t.html |
