Explanation:
Jag tror man måste se mer av avtalstexten för att förstå ordets innebörd.

Det kan antingen handla om ett fall av negativ köpeskilling, vilket är ganska ovanligt. Det andra jag kan tänka mig är att man försöker uttrycka att köpeskillingen beror på hur stor likvid säljaren skickar med bolaget.

Explanation:
My best educated guess based on Norstedts Stora Ordbok definition of the verb equivalent "att skicka med" - "(to) send ... along (too), enclose..." Even if a purchase-sum is negative, it is not clear to this self-confessed non-stockbroker how one can purchase shares of stock without making some kind of payment for them -- thus, my surmise that the buyer referred to in the Swedish text is enclosing a payment for the shares of stock (s)he is purchasing. HTH.
