It is all about the transfer of an option (in this case a call option). An option is a contract between parties giving the right but not the obligation to buy shares (not stock options). That is what is being transferred.

Stocks and stock options are not the same thing. It *might* depend on the context of the rest of your text, but from what you provided I really don't think you should get hung up on "stock options".

I'd suggest "is transferring his (stock) option entitling to acquisition of 50 % of the stock to". "Aktier" are not stock options and as I read the original, the transfer is of options (which entitle the holder to purchase stock at a later date).

I still would like to incorporate "option" or "options" into this translation..
How about..
" has transferred his acquisition rights of 50% of the stock options in .... to..."

Is this more accurate, bearing in mind that we are talking about options?
