Swedish term or phrase: förankringsgrad
This refers to the staff being aware of, understanding, believing in and supporting the strategic platform.

Could it be as simple as "acceptance" in English?

acceptance seems to be the right term for "färankring", which I have alwasy found a tricky word to translate into English. The use of "grad" suggests that it varies from one staff member to another. Hence the use of "level"

How firmly rooted the strategic platform is among the staff goes a bit beyond a mere acceptance of the strategic platform and would be a more likely translation of the idea, I think. I hope this helps.
