A "team" is a unit organized for each task!!!! I have worked for 2 Dow 30 companies and 2 US Government agencies, and all used "administrative team leader" in this ad hoc way!!!! I am disappointed that you did not give me a chance to defend my answer.

This was helpful, but the issue concerns more one task at a time with different responsible persons each time, depending on the work task, its complexity and its extent. I thin that a combination of your anwer and task manager would be more exact. But thank you for your time & effort!

Project Manager

Explanation:
Although arbetsuppgiftsansvarig can be an adjective, I think it is used as a title here, and I therefore think Project Manager would work. The concept of Project Manager is often a bit fluid from one company to another, which would allow for the restrictions in the definition. The more specific term Task Manager is widely used to describe a computer application, and it may therefore seem odd to use it in this context. At the same time I did find a few references to it being used to describe a person charged with overseeing a specific task. Compare the definitions below from visitask.com.

Asker: Hello again! I am sorry to have upset you! The next time I pose a question, if I ever do, I now know that I can have a dialogue prior to the "grading". In the context of my company "team" is not an ad hoc group, for which reason I did not find this word mirroring what I am looking for. And I am still "looking", most around the word "task".
