Swedish term or phrase: nära affären
One of the things a manager can/should do: arbeta nära affären. Presumably not just so as to be able to nip out for fags during tea breaks.

Wonder if they mean business with "närstående bolag" (UK associated companies, US affiliated companies - according to FAR)?
