I'm used to this being a 'crowbar' as in wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crowbar_(tool); or 'Jackson Professional Tools 1161300 Pinch Point Crowbars' -- check out google shopping results. The Brits have a different usage as wiki explains 'Prisebar' which you use to 'prise away' rocks and stones.
