English translation:except for as otherwise provided by the excerpts from the census files
Explanation:
This is only an approximation. I am not sure what files/archives/books they are referring to by "Ministerialböckerna" - "census files" is an educated guess only - but the rest of the sentence should be accurate. I'll do some research on "ministerialböckerna" and see what I can come up with. Do you have any more context to provide? It might be useful.

After some Google searching, it is clear that \"ministerialböcker\" refers to what might be translated as \"parish registers\" - where the parishers/vicars would enter births, marriages and deaths, and in some cases additional information.

\"Except for as otherwise provided by the excerpts from the parish registers\"

If the Swedish is quirkier than I thought (my gut says 19th century), then \"utom\" *might* also mean \"different from\" (basic meaning is \"outside of\", and may be interpreted in different ways.)

In English, that would mean something like \"Differs from what is said in the excerpts from the parish registers\".

But this is less likely than my first interpretation.

agree  Mats Wiman: 'hvad' in 'utom hvad' speaks for 'except for' // God eftermiddag! (13:48 I presume?)

-> Tack så mycket, Mats, och god morgon!

agree  Kristina Thorne: I would also go with "except for" what is stated in the parish records...
