För det fall lokal Overenskommelse inte kan traffas, kan endera parten hänskjuta frågan till rådet för arbetsmiljö-, kollektivavtals- och arbetstidsfrågor (AKA-rådet).

Guidance? advice? consel? I think what they are giving me is advice, but would that make them the "AKA advisors"?
