Swedish to English translations [PRO]

Swedish term or phrase: arkivråd och chef för tillsynsavdelningen

I've determined that "arkivråd" must mean something like "archives council" and "tillsynsavdelningen" probably refers to "oversight division," but I'm unsure how the two items put together should translate. The passage in question reads, "[On X date] tillträdde Britt-Marie Östholm tjänsten som arkivråd och chef för tillsynsavdelningen i Riksarhivet." Any advice greatly appreciated.

Explanation:
Riksarkivet (not Riksarhivet ) is an official Swedish body, and I think arkivråd is not a council but a job title, and Britt-Marie Östholm has taken up her appointment as arkivråd, namely Head of the Archives Division.

Asker: Sorry, I meant to say "Riksarkivet."

Asker: Many thanks for the Swedish government terms link; I'd never even known it existed. I have it bookmarked, and I'll keep it in mind from now on whenever I have government titles I'm unsure of.
