Explanation:
I used proactive once on a CV.

It was a rushed job before an interview, and I discussed it with the client on the phone... We considered 'forceful', but that sounded too authoritative and pushy to his Scandinavian ears.

Proactive seemed to fit in with the rest of the CV in that case, and he liked the idea, but I am not sure that is precisely what is meant here.

Just another suggestion.
