Swedish term or phrase: Arbetsmiljöaspekter
The issue is two-fold:

1) Is it "working environmnet" or "work environment" and which option is more commonly used in the US and UK respectively?

2) "Work environment aspects" sounds very translated... what is the appropriate US and/or UK equivalent term?

As for context, the term is used in an "Arbetsmiljöplan":

Arbetsmiljöplanen bör innehålla en noggrann analys av samtliga arbetsmiljöaspekter, både fysiska och psykosociala.

Thanks!

Explanation:
An established term

I'm not totally sure about the work vs. working issue. However, I'm inclined to think that the former is more widely used.
