Hej!
Jag håller på att översätta en enkät utarbetad av XXX som hjälpmedel för chefer som ansvar för medearbetarsamtal i sina avdelningar. Enkäten är delad i tre större delar (XXX's kärnvärderingar) som innehåller exempel på beteende i olika situationer och en bedömningskala från E till A (för varje situation). I slutet av varje del finns det också plats för Slutlig bedömning A-E. Nedan följer en förklarning i parentes (Överförs till mederbetarsamtal)
Och det är just detta jag upplever problem med.

Reading quickly I understand this to mean that the questionnaire is completed before the appraisal, and the overall score for each section is then transferred for use at the appraisal - do they have an employee appraisal form?
