I get the general feeling of the phrase, but I am wondering if there is a good standard English phrase or idiom conveying the same meaning - preferably something with the word "luck" in it..

Explanation:
""while your luck is in" only gets 9,000 hits which surprised me a bit as I use it.
The first part (keep on going) could of course be changed

But you wanted an expression wilh 'luck' and you are in luck :)
