agree  Adrian MM. (X): are you sure it's a deed {sworn under seal} and not a {plain appended} record? OK, but neither Martinger nor Gullberg are/were native Eng-speaking lawyers! With just 30 years' Eng. legal practice, Daddy says: beware of the latter's legal translations...

  -> Thank you. I believe the word "deed" need not be used at all (which is why I put it in brackets) but if added it makes it clear that this is the document itself rather than the act of recording it (see Martinger). Neither he nor Gullberg mention "record".
