Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Rules and Regulations

I am puzzled as to what “den eller de av dessa” refers back to, or which parts go together. To clarify, is it “den” (upphovsman) and ”de av dessa” (kontrakterad artist eller representant för dessa) – or does “de av dessa” refer back to “ representant för dessa” and the ”den” is ”upphovsman” and ” kontrakterad artist”. Or, have I just completely misread/over-analyzed this?

Or, can I simply bypass the whole thing, and translate “ska den eller de av dessa som brutit mot reglerna ensam eller gemensamt” as ”those in breach of the regulations, either solely or jointly”

Thanks in advance for your suggestions, uppskattas!

any and all of these
Explanation:
Alternatively, you can simply write "anyone of these",
for simplicity.

Although "anyone" is technically singular,
the meaning is clear.

agree  Stefan A. M. Adamek: I would stick to ''any and all of these'' in a contract though...

anyone solely or jointly with others

Explanation:
I would suggest using the contract clause "xxx, either solely or jointly with others, xxx" as in: ...anyone found to be in violation of the rules, either solely or jointly with others,...
