lots of different options here I feel, but does "submit the necessary paperwork....stipulating that" sound too low for the register?
Does "intyg" imply that the documentation, in whatever form, has to be certified? Can this be, for example, an "affidavit" or would it be acceptable to incorporate all possibilities by saying "submit legal attestation....stipulating that...."
