Swedish term or phrase: mun till mun

This is a response to "Vad är det första du tänker på när du tänker på (Sällskapet X)", in a marketing survey among consumers. The response was not uttered by a marketing professional so far as I know.

My specific question is, which of these two alternatives do you think would be more appropriate-- "word of mouth" or "buzz marketing"? I don't know the respondent's age or gender. I want to avoid letting my "boomer" status influence my choice here too much. But do I verge on imputing trendiness where it doesn't exist if I use "buzz marketing"?

Explanation:
Of the two, word of mouth is the choice without doubt. Buzz marketing may be a modern term but with a limited market as far as understanding goes.
