Condition training


Explanation:
Condition training gets 850m hits on google.

Physical conditioning/cardio pulmanary conditioning.

'Fysträning' is used widely in the sports world to designate condintioning training to improve cardio function, stamina, and improve performance with lactic acid, and sometimes agility. 'Styrketräning' refers to weight exercise to add strength and muscle bulk.

Is this used in a formal sports setting or as in an excercise gym for us duffers?
