Compounded unapproved medications Explanation: The English term is compounded medications (at least in the US). However, they seem to be most often prepared for individual customers, while the Swedish definitions indicate that lagerberednngar are prepared for sale on a mass basis. You'll have to look at the Swedish definitions to get a better feel for it. lagerberedning: läkemedel som tillverkas på apotek eller annan av Apoteksbolaget AB:s anläggningar och som inte är avsedda för viss person eller visst tillfälle och som inte har godkänts för försäljning (from riksdagen.se link below) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 hrs (2008-04-01 20:29:56 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Upon further reflection I'd revise this to "compounded medications for public/mass sale," which brings out the "lager" aspect.
