neutral  Folke A. Nettelblad: Naturligtvis svårt att säga utan kontext, men om det verkligen handlar om laboratorieresultat hart jag svårt att förstå varför de skulle nämna namnet på en tillverkare av badrumsskåp o. dyl.

Tfsat; transferrin (iron) saturation

Explanation:
It's impossible to answer with any certainty when you don't offer more context (e.g. a measured value if this is a name of a laboratory test).

Yet, my guess is that this is a non-standard abbreviation for järnmättnad, also called transferrinättnad, i.e. the degree of iron saturation of the transferrin protein present in serum.

If you want an English abbreviation it seems that Tfsat is in use. Otherwise it is "transferrin saturation" with or without "iron".

http://www.grandata.se/amalrapp.html använder i "Fe-mättn" i denna innebörd. Naturligtvis finns det träffar på Fe-mättnad också, men det är tyvätt svårt att belägga exakt "Femätt".

Even if Tfsat is in use, it seems that Tsat or TSAT is more common. http://www.medscinet.com/sddb/doc/rapport2004.pdf couples this abbreviation to the Swedish term "järnmättnad". In the graph on page 4 of http://www.capiodiagnostik.se/NR/rdonlyres/270454BC-D89B-40E... you can also find "järnmätt" used (rather close, but yet no actual example of Femätt).

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&d... and a number of other pages show that "Fe-saturation", normally in connection with "transferrin".

Precedding note should read: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&d... and a number of other pages show that "Fe-saturation" is also used, normally in connection with "transferrin".
