episode or bout

Explanation:
Not sure of the context, but can a term like bout or episode be used?

Example sentence(s):
  • If you fall into any one of these categories and you have a bout of nocturnal leg cramps, consult with your doctor for the best course of treatment.

agree  Cynthia Coan: Makes sense in the context. The whole sentence then reads, "The episode is (or episodes are) recurring and physical as well as mental, with increased physical and mental fatigue.

fatigue, exhaustion

Explanation:
I believe that this is a typo, that should really read "utmattning". (Possibly typed in as "utmatning", and then the spellcheck offered "utmaning" as the first suggestion.

My assumption is based on the little context given, possibly it would be cleare with more context.

The reason for the low confidence is that I must assume a typo.
