Social Sciences - Military / Defense | | Swedish term or phrase: placering | There appears to be a difference between a "placering" och a "befattning" within FM. Can anyone give me 2 good, distinct terms? "Posting" and "Job position?". See examples below:
Alla anställda inom FM har en placering. Begreppet används för att ange vid vilken organisatorisk enhet och på vilken befattning en person arbetar. Det finns tre typer av placeringar inom FM: tillsvidareplacering, tidsbegränsad placering, contingency posting… Den anställde behåller sin ursprungliga tillsvidareplacering och har således en tillsvidareplacering och en tidsbegränsad placering parallellt….Den anställdes aktuella placering visar vilken av individens placeringar som är aktiv. Detta innebär att ersättningsnivåerna för samma typ av befattning kan variera beroende på placering. |
