Sorry, but I need to write all those words for the context.
Sentence reads: Om vi fortsätter att gå runt enbart på de stora värnpliktskullarna, har vi snart förbrukat själva basen för rekryteringen.
I'm not sure what this is saying - advice appreciated.

Explanation:
Kull in this case means a number of children born at the same time, sort of like a litter but in a larger sense. Smaller than baby boomers or Gen Xers but larger than kids born on x-mas day last year.
So if they rely too heavily on filling the mandatory military service (värnplikt) requirement quota only using these large "litters" (groups of people) then the recruitment basis will soon dry up.
Sorry I don't have an exact translation for you but it's the gist of what they're trying to say.
