Some kind of building for storage and training relating to certain kinds of weaponry. Was thinking of armory, but I don't think that's exactly correct.

Explanation:
I think this is more specific. Will all deference to Larry, I think "arsenal" is a more general term for the entire collection of weapons and equipment.

neutral  George Hopkins: No offence taken; but munitions is esp. ammunition (Collins again). Hmm, hmm, ordnance depot is a possibility.

gunnery hall


Explanation:
The artillery corps talk about “gunnery hall” for the flak shooting pieces and “dome anti-aircraft trainer” fot "upwards" shooting, but the latter is exclusively a training facility. The gunnery hall in a field regiment was sometimes used for training the gun crews with the spin-off of getting the guns regularly cleaned, checked and oiled for storage. However, neither really fits the description of being both proper storage and training facility.
