|Swedish term or phrase: program|
|vi erbjuda rean företeg program för att utveckla|
9 mins confidence:
we offer on-sale company program in order to develop
This is a segment - it would be easier to translate the entire sentance.

The sentence is not exactly eloquent Swedish - however, should I dare interpret the author's intentions, my answer would be something in the lines of:
"Erbjuda" means "to offer", hence it isn't written in the correct tense, which would be "erbjuder".
"We offer company plans/solutions to develop..."
"företeg" is not Swedish - "företag" means "company, enterprise, business"

I received an e-mail pointing out that program is the American English spelling of programme.

First of all, the sentence looks as if it isn't produced by a Swedish native speaker. There are four mistakes in it.
1) "erbjuda" = "offer" is the non-finite form of the verb. Since it's linked to "vi", it should say "erbjuder"
2) The second word, as it is written now, means "the sale". I'm guessing it's a typo though. I'm also guessing that it is supposed to say either "redan" = "already" or "rena" = "pure, clean".
3) "företeg" is not Swedish. "företag" with an "a" means "business, company, enterprise"
4) företag program (even with the correct spelling) is not acceptable Swedish - in proper written Swedish it should be "företagsprogram" with a linking "s" in between the two words.
This said, my approximate translation would be:
"We already offer business solutions to develop..."
"We offer clear company plans for development of..."
Neither makes good sense in ENglish, but then again, the original sentence is appalling too... =)
