Swedish term or phrase: Fyll

(kan läggas ut var som för fyll)

So I have a couple of texts which are evidently going to be published. The clarification (context) above is on top of these texts (in brackets) and seems to be a note from the publisher about where/how these texts should be placed or published.

The whole sentence (and especially the final "fyll") does not make any sense to me. Judging from the context (what I described above), it should mean something like "can be placed anywhere as supplementary text" but this includes very heavy guessing on my part.

I would appreciate any comment on what this could mean, in particular, from native (Swedish) speakers.

By the way, I suspect that the sentence is messed up and should read, for example: (kan läggas ut var som HELST för fyll). But again, I might be missing some other meaning/context/use.

Any help will be appreciated.
