Ikea, as you may well know, is that famous (and infamous) furniture store from Sweden, which is now found all over the world.

"Ikea boy" might be someone who enjoys the typical Ikea style. At least, if you used that term "Ikea boy" in the US, UK, etc., that's how it would be understood.
