First, I must tell you that I have no knowledge of the Swedish language. So, please take my answer with a grain of salt.

Ikea, as you may well know, is that famous (and infamous) furniture store from Sweden, which is now found all over the world.

"Ikea boy" might be someone who enjoys the typical Ikea style. At least, if you used that term "Ikea boy" in the US, UK, etc., that's how it would be understood.
