Swedish term or phrase: alltid något
A pretty teenage girl is sick of her friends telling her how pretty she is. What's a good way to translate "alltid något" in the first sentence in a colloquial way that will make sense to American teenagers?

Hon kastar en blick på sig själv i spegeln: hon är snygg, alltid något. Kanske att det räcker. Ingen idé att försöka ändra på något. Vad är det för mening med enstaka punktinsatser? Det krävs så mycket mer än så.
