Swedish term or phrase: help with phrase/saying, please
"När man drar för gardinen är det tssarna väck"
Another bubble coming from a person, presumably an interviewee in the survey. Again, not sure whether it should be pro or non-pro.

English translation:When the curtains are closed, it's hands off!
Explanation:
I have never heard this expression, in my opinion it sounds like a "homemade" expression. I don't know that there is any similar expression in English, but you should perhaps try to concoct an english phrase with a similar "expression" sounding meaning. I have suggested one above. Good luck!

tassarna väck
hands off

Explanation:
"hålla tassarna väck" is slang for "hålla fingrarna borta", i.e. "not touch", "leave alone", "keep away from", also in an abstract sense.
