Är "Akt" en förkortning av "Aktuell"? Kan jag översätta det med ordet "asianomainen" i följande sammanhang (det handlar om samma brev):
"Delges:
Akt IFO" (Individ- och familjeomsorg) = "Asianomainen Yksilö- ja perhehuolto"?
