What is "vetemaltmjöl" called in Finnish? The corresponding Danish word is "hvedemaltmel"! There is no kontext, it's simply a list of the ingredients used, when you bake/make different sorts of salty snacks, cheesy snacks etc. In German they call type of snacks made of flour "Knabbergebäck".

There are at least these three possibilities. "Leivinmallas" can be used for baking of bread, "vehnämallas" is whole grain. "Vehnärouhe" is ground "vehnämallas".

If it is just "mjöl" then I would say "leivinmallas".
