My best shot after studying the American PDF, where this part is called a "dip tube", is to call it "fôringsrør", which gives an indication of the function of this tube. The Swedish translation actually means something like "insulation pipe", which is compatible with my suggestion for a Norwegian translation, a piece of tubing with the function to protect the devices put into it, like sensors, or whatever they put into these tanks. |
