Tagalog term or phrase: kahit kailan manhid ka talaga

This is something my Filipina GF said to me recently in an email. I think it means something abut how she feels, but she is very shy and doesnt want to say it in English.

I tried to translate using dictionary, but could not be sure (it may be dialect from Mindanao. I hope someone can help. Thanks
