doing the laundry

Explanation:
This is the better term to use because "washing the clothes" is very Filipino. "I am doing my laundry" is better, more conversant, easier on the ear and less artificial.

Example sentence(s):
  • I am doing my laundry right now.
  • I am done with my laundry so I can come with you.
