Hala ka... nagseselos ka raw (daw) ming2...

I can't fine the English equivalent of "Hala ka" in the context above.

"Mingming" is an 'alias' of a person... it's a nickname. Well for me I use the "ming, ming ming ming ming...." to call a cat. Maybe Mingming here is the nickname the speaker uses to call someone with chinky eyes. :)

lily made me realize something. I stand corrected. I read the question so fast But here is my final answer for "Hala ka... Nagseselos si Dao Ming2..."

"c" stands for "si" not 'ka'. In this case, Lily's suggestuib if 'watch out' for hala ka is not bad.

For me the the who is jealous is Dao and Mingming is the person the speaker is talking to...

Final translation: Watch out! Dao, Ming2 is jealous... Lily must get some points too....
