Gigil or nanggigigil has no English equivalent.

Because you are irresistible: Nakapanggigigil ka kasi.

You are irresistible because you are cute: Nakapanggigigil ka kasi ang cute mo.

Gigil or nanggigigil: thrilled (because of emotion)
Example: I am thrilled about my crush.

It is not usual to say, "I am thrilled because of you" (to mean Nanggigigil ako sa iyo).

The expression "irresistible" is used though it does not mean gigil. So, instead of saying, I am "thrilled" because of you, it would be better to say "You are irresistible."

The baby is so irresistible: Nakapanggigigil ang baby!
