Could anyone let meknow whether the Thaiand Bahasa languages use special characters?

As Krissadaporn said, Thai language needs special characters that look like these:
ภาษาไทย (Thai language)

However, Bahasa language, which is an official language in Brunei, Malay, Singapore, Indonesia, and Timor, can be written using either Latin Alphabets called Rumi or a modified Arabic script called Jawi. Rumi is official in Malaysia and Singapore, and Indonesian has a different official orthography also using the Latin script. Rumi and Jawi are co-official in Brunei.
