Grantor/Grantee

Explanation:
Conveyor makes me think of one who should convey information, and transfer makes me think more in terms of documents or even car titles. When one talks about land doesn't one use the word Grantor and Grantee? My family purchased a house and this was the term frequently used.

Land Donor / Land Donee

Explanation:
Real-esate glossary indicates use of "Donor" and "Donee" as valid real-estate terminoligy. Morphology of source term is consistent with property donation -- especially as applicable to a tract of land.

Example sentence(s):
  • บริษัทนั่นแหละเป็นผู้ให้ที่ดินสร้างโรงเรียน The land donor for the school (to be built) was the company itself..
