Would "factory egg" be the suitable English expression for "ticari yumurta"? ('Factory egg production' is a common term used in the context of intensive animal production; note that the translation should stress the difference to 'köy yumurtası' (see my previous question).

After calculation, the village eggs production is subtracted from total egg target. The remaining egg target becomes the production target for the commercial egg production subsystem.
