Explanation: original idiom was: isteyenin bir yüzü kara vermeyenin iki yüzü.: a person who has to ask for something is shamed but a person who refuses him is doubly shamed. but that changes the second part doubly shamed to "let those who those refuse be beatific or wondrously radiant" perhaps original one a little sarcastic he/she change it to this |
