Sorry to add yet another suggestion, but I think this is worth considering.
Form "incoherent": Lacking cohesion, connection or harmony; not coherent. (American Heritage Dictionary).
You could also consider "inarticulacy", but this is mainly used wwith reference to speaking and not writing.

Explanation:
"Anlatım bozukluğu", bunun Türkçe manasına bakıldığında, burda bozukluktan değil daha çok bir eksiklikten ve belirsizlikten bahsedilmekte. Bu sebeple expressional ambiguity direkt kullanılabilir diye düşünüyorum, ki bazı sözlüklerde sadece ambiguity= anlatım bozukluğu olarak verilmiştir.
