Yüksek öğrenim konusunda zaten bir sıkıntı yok; karşılığı :"Higher Education". Gerisi sadece Board/Council kısmına kalıyor. Foundation kesinlikle uygun değil. Ancak bugüne kadar yaptığım çevirilerin tamamında defalarca araştırmışımdır, bu şekilde geçmektedir. Özellikle Türkçe haberlerin İngilizcelerinde bunu görebiliriz
