Turkish term or phrase: There has been seen a great change ...

"There has been seen a great change in the labour market and in professions and expertise fields in dynamic and developing countries like Turkey"

Drastic changes have been observed
Explanation:
"There has been seen" dilbilgisi olarak hatalı zira 'to be' ve 'to see' fiillerini yan yana kullanmışsınız.

Önerim 'Drastic changes have been observed in ...' veyahut

'A complete transformation has been observed in ...' şeklinde olurdu.

'there has been observed..' dilbilgisel açıdan doğru.

Ama "it has been observed that " veya "there has been observance of .." daha uygun olur.

"There has been seen" de dilbilgisi açısından hatalı değil. Bkz.

intense / job market / respectively, accordingly / communities

Explanation:
There has been seen an intense change in job markets and in jobs and professions respectively (accordingly) in dynamic and developing communities like Turkey" şeklinde bir alternatif önerebilirim.

"There has been an intense change observed in job markets and in jobs and professions respectively (accordingly) in dynamic and developing communities like Turkey" şeklinde olmalı.

"seen" olmaz tabi ki. O yüzden "observed" şeklinde önerdim.

Asker: zaten '..has been..'

Great changes are seen

Explanation:
Bence burada anlamgenelleme ve geniş zaman ifade etmekte. Yani gelecek zamanı da kapsamakta:
