Education / Pedagogy / Meslek Lisesi Transkript
Turkish term or phrase: bütünleme
Column headings on this vocational secondary school transcript (Bakirkoy/Istanbul) for each of the classes taken include, "1st semester grade," "2nd semester grade," "year-end grade," et al. I am not sure I understand the difference between "tamamlama notu" (literally, "completion grade") and "bütünleme notu" (literally, "final grade"). There is no additional explanation provided by the school in the "comments/explanation" section of the transcript, and both terms seem like they could mean the same thing: FINAL GRADE. Does anyone know the difference? Thank you!

Açıklamaya bşle gerek yok dedim ama bir örnek link vermekte fayda var. Bkz. http://www.thejakartapost.com/news/2010/06/01/thousands-high... ve http://www.greenville.k12.sc.us/bereah/1guidance/guidtest.ht... İkinci linkte "repeat test" olarak bahsettiği aslında repeat exam. Artık tüm sınavlar "test" olduğu için bazen exam yerine test de kullanılabiliyor.

re-sit/resit

Explanation:
Could it be "resit" rather than "final grade"?

Those who fail a few lessons have to re-sit those exams in order to graduate properly. Then, these re-sit grades achieved by the student are included in his/her "final grade" ("tamamlama"/"final grade")

I hope this helps. :)
