This term is used in a TV interview, the speaker says as we know ""Iktidar Yıpratır", it is a comparison of Democrate Party and AKP in Turkey.

I believe this is a famous saying.

  -> My point exactly ;) Some translate "power corrupts" to Turkish as "iktidar yıpratır", others as "güç yozlaştırır" or "iktidat yozşlaştırır"; btw, what is "irrelated"?
