devlet arşivlerinden alınan belgelerin referansı için türkçe olarak "devlet arşivleri, bayındırlık bakanlığı fonu, dosya no:.." şeklinde bir referans veriliyor. bunun ingilizcesini yazmak istediğimizde fon yerine ne kullanılabilir?

i don’t think they are false cognates but i’m not entirely sure. On the other hand, yes, in English, funds are generally instruments convertible to cash.
